How tracking works

Personal link. Once activated, you receive your own Architect route so referrals can be attributed to you.

One submission per referral. Send the person's information through your referral form instead of passing names through text messages.

Milestone-based credit. A referral is not a payout simply because a name was submitted. The applicable service milestone must occur.

Year-round. The program is designed for more than tax season because W$R services extend beyond tax preparation.

Your Reserve

The existing Architect system is designed to credit referral bonuses to a W$R Capital/Reserve account in the Architect's name. You can build a balance instead of treating every referral like a one-time transaction.

Think of it as your referral ledger: the person you sent, the service, the qualifying milestone, and the bonus attached to it.

Program standards

This is a referral relationship. Architects should not represent themselves as tax preparers, credit professionals, lenders, attorneys, or W$R employees solely because they participate in the referral program. Do not promise approvals, refunds, funding amounts, credit-score changes, or service outcomes. W$R determines client eligibility, pricing, acceptance, service delivery, and whether a referral has reached the applicable bonus milestone. Program amounts and terms may be updated prospectively.
